To select a suitable gearbox, please provide the equipment type, application, motor power, input speed, required output speed or reduction ratio, operating load, installation position and daily working hours. If available, you may also send us equipment drawings or the specifications of your existing gearbox. Our technical team will review the information and recommend a suitable solution.

The gearbox ratio is calculated by dividing the input speed by the required output speed. The required output torque depends on the motor power, output speed, operating load and service factor. If you are unsure, provide these operating parameters to our technical team, and we will help calculate the appropriate ratio and torque.

Extrusion equipment generally requires a gearbox with high torque capacity, stable transmission and sufficient axial load capacity. Qiangmao extruder gearboxes are designed for rubber and plastic machinery and can be selected according to the screw diameter, motor power, input speed, reduction ratio and operating conditions.

Yes. We can evaluate replacement requirements based on the model, nameplate information, technical drawings, installation dimensions and operating parameters of the existing gearbox. Yes. The gearbox connection can be evaluated according to the motor type, power, speed, flange dimensions, shaft size and installation arrangement. Please provide the motor nameplate and connection dimensions so that our technical team can confirm a suitable configuration.

Before installation, check the gearbox model, reduction ratio, shaft direction, mounting position and connection dimensions. Make sure the installation surface is flat and rigid, and inspect the gearbox for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. The lubricant level and specified lubrication requirements should also be confirmed before operation.

The input and output shafts should be accurately aligned with the motor and driven equipment to avoid excessive vibration, noise and bearing loads. Couplings must be installed according to their specified tolerances, and the shafts should not be forced into position by tightening the mounting bolts.
