Qiangmao independently manages the whole production flow including gear heat treatment, precision gear grinding and complete machine assembly, removing markup from intermediate distributors. Total procurement cost is greatly reduced under identical performance standards. Meanwhile, stable transmission efficiency above 96% during long-term operation cuts energy consumption of new energy equipment, bringing outstanding cost performance in both purchasing and daily maintenance.

New energy projects are featured with tight schedules and numerous urgent orders. Qiangmao’s intelligent linked warehousing scheduling system across five bases maintains thousand-ton stock of standard reducers. After order placement, the system automatically arranges shipment from the nearest factory. Domestic orders can be dispatched within 24 hours at the earliest; the Vietnam base directly serves Southeast Asian new energy factories to avoid long-distance logistics delays and guarantee scheduled project commissioning.
